Orders are usually shipped via UPS (ground) within 24 to 48 hours of orders receipt.
Orders with priority shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day) that come in before 1p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be process the same day.
Our standard shipping method within the Continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS Ground Service - Approx. 1 to 7 Business days delivery from the shipping date (excluding weekends/and holidays) days may vary depending on your state.
Other options include UPS 3 Day Service - 3 Business Days delivery; UPS 2 Day service - 2 Business days delivery; and UPS Next Day service - 1 Business day delivery.
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Air Services, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day Select, where such services are available, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the following, HBJ and UPS is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.
The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; and any delay due to natural disasters.
*We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen shipped to a "Residential Address" if there was no signature required service on the package.
*Please check "signature required option" during check out session to have "signature required service" on your package when shipping out to a residential address.
*The signature requirement fee will be $4.00 added to your shipping cost.

If in any case you are dissatisfied with a purchase/or receive damaged items (during transportation), we’ll assist you with a prompt replacement of your return(s) or if our inventory does not permit; then you will be given a store credit.
All returns must be notified within 5 days of the shipment receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a Return and Exchange form or a Copy of your Invoice. To obtain your RMA number you may email us at email@example.com or you may also call us at (213) 743-1417 (Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Pacific Standard Time). If you cannot obtain an RMA form, please make a copy of your invoice and write the RMA# on the top right and corner.
